David Bower

David Bower is the Head of Operations, Programs & Partnerships at CF Foundation, where he provides strategic leadership for multi-program delivery, operational efficiency, and high-impact partnerships. With oversight of program management teams across Eastern and Southern Africa, he ensures that CF Foundation’s initiatives in orphan care, adoption, and education funding achieve maximum impact and long-term sustainability. 

David engages with partners, governments, and international agencies to enhance program impact and revenue streams, ensuring alignment with CF Foundation’s long-term sustainability goals. He oversees the execution of partner initiates that drive cross-sector collaboration, expanding resources for orphan care, education, and adoption initiatives.  

Additionally, he leads the operations function, managing budgets, crisis response, and internal process improvements while driving Diversity initiatives and employee engagement strategies.
