Our Focus

The CF Foundation is a global philanthropic organization dedicated to empowering orphaned and disadvantaged children through adoption and education. Our mission is to provide stable homes, quality education, and life-changing opportunities, ensuring that every child has the support they need to thrive.

Transforming Lives Beyond Traditional Charity

Operating across West and East Africa, the CF Foundation is focused on providing children with safe, nurturing environments. We facilitate both domestic and international adoptions, placing children in loving, supportive homes. But our work goes beyond immediate care, we tackle the systemic challenges that keep communities in poverty.

Education is central to our mission. The CF Foundation partners with universities and colleges to remove financial barriers and expand access to higher education. Through scholarships and opportunities, we empower underprivileged students with the skills needed to drive economic growth. Our model ensures students can focus on their studies without accumulating debt, whilst fostering diversity and preparing future leaders to uplift their communities and contribute to Africa’s long-term prosperity.

A Sustainable, Self-Funded Philanthropic Model

Unlike traditional charities, the CF Foundation does not accept public donations. Instead, we strategically partner with organizations that share our vision, allowing us to allocate resources efficiently and independently.

Our long-term goal is to create a self-sustaining philanthropic ecosystem where each generation supports the next. Through a non-binding pledge system, people in the workforce and graduates who have benefited from the CF Foundation commit a portion of their future earnings to reinvest in the next wave of students.

This model is designed to make the Foundation fully self-funded by 2032. Currently, 87% of children supported by the Foundation have progressed to higher education, while the remaining have entered the workforce. Furthermore, 83% of beneficiaries have pledged to contribute up to 10% of their net income back to the Foundation once they achieve financial stability.

Looking to the Future: Investing in Communities

True empowerment extends beyond education. As we build intellectual capital, we reinvest in orphanages, education, and sustainable agricultural solutions. Our irrigation programs provide communities with the tools to grow food, achieve self-sufficiency, and break the cycle of poverty, creating lasting change for generations. By 2032, the CF Foundation is projected to have raised awareness among 266 million people and directly impacted approximately 11,000 children, along with a further 390,000 individuals including adoptive families and extended communities.

We are on course for at least half of the Fortune 2000 companies to employ someone who has come through the Foundation. By 2060, we aim to have supported 1,200 individuals into ‘C’ or ‘C-1’ level roles within globally leading firms. This long-term impact reflects our commitment to systemic change and encourages others to establish their own initiatives. Most of the children supported by the Foundation are adopted, continue into education, and, at the early stage of their careers, begin working across North America, Europe, and parts of Asia-Pacific.
