Their leadership is not just about managing programs – it’s about shaping a future where every child has the chance to thrive.

Governance at CF Foundation

CF Foundation is governed by a Board of Directors composed of six members, including both internal leadership and independent members from outside the organization. The Board provides strategic oversight, policy direction, and financial stewardship, ensuring CF Foundation remains aligned with its mission and long-term sustainability goals.

The Board is responsible for reviewing funding models, monitoring program effectiveness, and ensuring accountability in resource allocation. It plays a key role in setting policies, overseeing financial management, and evaluating leadership performance to maintain transparency and ethical governance.

Board members meet regularly to assess progress, review key initiatives, and guide decision-making. The inclusion of independent members strengthens oversight, brings diverse perspectives, and reinforces CF Foundation’s commitment to responsible and impact-driven management.
